1. Water solubility
The water solubility of our products is beyond compare, we don't have (ferruginous) residues after dissolution.

We use purified water to extract instead of groundwater or tap water. With lower ash content
3. Supplementary materials
We use food grade supplementary materials instead of industrial grade.
4. Low temperature
We preserve the natural flavors of the products by control the whole extract system's temperature below 30 centigrade and it is a totally physical process.
5. Technology of exine-detached
We use the technology under the condition of high pressure and normal atmospheric temperature to make cell walls rupture, so the active ingredients could be dissolved completely.
6. Pipeline system
Our products are all made on highly automated pipe lines, seldom contacting with people directly. Microorganism are less than normal.
[Ratio Extract ] Our production line consists of water purification system, solvent storage tank, energy supply system, extraction system, concentration system and spray drying system.
For water extraction, we only use purified water rather than conventional water, like tap water or underground water. For ethanol extraction, the water in ethanol is also purified water. Therefore, the ash content in final product can be well controlled. We only use clean energy for whole production line. It's generated by biomass, rather than coal. So it does no harm to our environment. After extraction, all residue are supplied to our raw material base as fertilizer.
The extraction system consists of 2 extraction pots, and squeeze machine. The volume of the each extraction pot is 6000L, totally 12000L. It can process 500kg raw material each time. The function of the squeeze machine is to reuse the liquid extract in residue. Without it, a lot of liquid extract would be wasted.
To begin with, our workers put raw material into 2 extraction pots. Meanwhile, purified water or solvents is poured into the pots by pipeline. Steam from energy system enter into interlayer of the extraction pots to heat the raw material and water or solvents. For water extraction it takes 8 hours, for ethanol extract it takes at least 4 hours, liquid extract will be generated, then transported to concentration pot. Workers can adjust the pressure inside the pot. As we all known low pressure environment can lower boiling point of water. Through heating by steam, the water in liquid extract will be vapored easily. For water extraction, the concentration process takes 16 hours, for ethanol it takes 1 hour. Finally, the concentrate extract is transported by pipeline system to spray drying system. The concentrate extract is sprayed to fine granules to combine with dextrin which is sprayed from opposite side. The whole process happens under 85 centigrade.
